Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of uslcl.com (also referred to as US LCL Hub) and the China-to-US LCL freight forwarding services provided by Guangzhou Haishun Tiancheng International Logistics Co., Ltd (referred to as Haishun Tiancheng, we, us or our). By requesting a quote, booking a shipment or using this website, you agree to these terms. Last updated: October 1, 2026.
Who We Are and Scope of Service
We are Guangzhou Haishun Tiancheng International Logistics Co., Ltd, a China-based logistics company with receiving locations in Guangzhou and Shenzhen. We act as a freight forwarder and consolidator for China-to-US LCL shipments, coordinating origin receiving, consolidation, ocean carriage and destination handling.
The exact scope of each shipment — included services, applicable charges, cargo acceptance and the responsibilities of each party — is confirmed in writing before booking. Statements on this website about routings, transit times or service scope are general information and are confirmed for each shipment.
Quotes, Rates and Booking
Quotes are prepared from the information you provide, including origin, destination, commodity, number of packages, weight, volume, ready date and delivery scope. A quote is valid for 7 days from the date it is issued unless a different validity is stated in writing. After that period, a new quote applies.
If cargo details change after the quote — dimensions, weight, count, commodity or timing — acceptance and charges may be revised, and the earlier quotation may need review. Booking is confirmed only when the service scope and charges have been accepted by both parties.
Estimated departure and arrival dates are estimates. They depend on the confirmed booking and may change with operating conditions. Check the latest information before planning dependent activities.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all charges must be paid in full (100%) before your shipment is dispatched. Payment is a condition for cargo acceptance and release for carriage.
Any bank or transfer fees, and any charges arising from incorrect or incomplete payment instructions, are for the payer’s account.
Your Responsibilities and Prohibited Items
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete cargo information, including the correct description, weight and volume, and for ensuring your cargo is packaged and marked in a way suitable for LCL transport and consolidation.
Cargo must comply with the laws of the country of origin, transit countries and the United States. Prohibited or restricted items include, without limitation: dangerous or hazardous goods unless previously declared and accepted in writing; weapons and ammunition; narcotics and controlled substances; counterfeit or infringing goods; items that are illegal to transport in any country along the route; and any item that a carrier, port or customs authority refuses to accept.
If prohibited or incorrectly declared cargo is tendered, we may refuse it or suspend the shipment, and the shipper is responsible for all resulting charges, fines and losses. Do not submit identity documents, payment card details or other sensitive personal information in our forms or messages — see our Privacy Policy.
Liability and Claims
Our liability for physical loss of or damage to cargo is limited to the refund of the freight charges paid for that shipment plus USD 3 per kilogram of the lost or damaged cargo. This limit applies per shipment and covers the aggregate of all claims arising from that shipment.
We are not liable for consequential, indirect or special damages, including loss of profit, production loss or other business losses, or for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the shipper.
Any claim must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery. Apparent damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Claims not made within this period may be waived. Where a third-party carrier’s terms apply to a leg of the shipment, those terms may further limit liability.
Insurance
Cargo insurance is not included in the freight charges. It can be arranged separately on request before dispatch. Insurance, if arranged, is subject to the insurer’s terms and conditions, and any insurance claim is made directly under the policy.
Force Majeure and Other Exclusions
We are not liable for delays, loss or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, government action, customs inspection or detention, strikes and labour disputes, port congestion, adverse weather, epidemics or pandemics, and the acts or omissions of carriers, agents or other third parties.
Estimated milestones may be affected by such events. We will use reasonable efforts to keep you informed, but no date stated on this website or in a quotation is a guarantee of departure or arrival.
General Terms and Contact
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. We will first seek to resolve any dispute through friendly negotiation; any dispute not resolved amicably may be submitted to the competent courts of Guangzhou, China.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when the updated version is posted on this page, and continued use of the website or services after changes means acceptance of the updated terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
